Sport England estimates that there are 150,000 amateur sports clubs in England. If we assume only 1/4 of those have their own facilities and an average membership/fan base of 300 that means there are 11.25m people actively involved in grassroots sport in England alone.
RTM Sports Marketing puts businesses in touch with those people. At the same time we raise significant sums of money for clubs, governing bodies, events and individuals so that millions of people remain active in their lives.
In effect we are opening up another media channel. But this is one where the audience is passionate, loyal and fully engaged with the channel itself, because they own it. Traditional media owners would sell their souls to have access to an audience like this.
Our role is simple:
- We pitch the benefits of this fantastic market to commercial businesses, whether that is a small local store looking for a local club or a global superbrand seeking access to the top 1,000 sports clubs in the country.
- We select the best club, event, governing body or individual for those businesses.
- We negotiate the best deal for the business and the sport.
- We manage the relationship between the two.
- We invoice and collect the cash and pay the clubs.
